This Marketing Request form is for printed materials and monthly e-blast submissions. Fill out this form for every event or program that you would like Marketing to provide for you.

For printed materials: Please give 2 weeks notice when submitting materials due to the high volume of requests.

For monthly e-blast submissions: Please submit by the 16th of each month.

If your request requires online registration, please make sure your event has been created in SmartRec before submitting this form.
